Think we've got carpet beetles in the house. The only possible origin I can think of is my 100% wool knitting yarn which comes in from a mill in Scotland - the beetles only eat natural/organic materials and that's the only natural stuff we've got in the house.

Buying some cedarwood balls to keep in my knitting bag before they eat all my work.

Not recommended. Surprised you havent opted for the €1 Sangria at Wacken though. My missus bonged one in 2009. Me and Alan had boxed roses one year of BOA and we were drinking from the tap on the side. Shit was fucking crazy.

Eugh, I brought a few bottles of red wine to Bloodstock '09 and never again. It gave me the worst imaginable hangover ever, pretty sure I missed most of the bands I wanted to see on the Friday because I was recovering.

What we found is even though I like wine, its not the sort of thing that should be used to get pissed on, more to be enjoyed and attempting to down or even progressively drink all day long is virtually impossible. For me anyway, but I am a long term sufferer of awful indigestion and wines acidic ways about it. Pretty surprised I kept my guts down for the festival.

The inability of Chelsea fans to observe the minute's silence for the Hillsborough victims. Probably the most noise they've made all season. The pricks couldn't even sell their ticket allocation either.

Tbh yes, this is probable. I don't plan to base my festivities on wine, but it'll most likely come into the equation at some point.

When people say they're putting their "2 cents" into a discussion.

It's tuppen'orth, losers. :P

Steve's more pedantic than I was 2 years ago

which means he'd probably comment on this being in the wrong thread had I not mentioned it

It's a mild irritant, Daniel. You only reminded me that I don't like it - there were many more before you. :P
