Coffee! Lots of coffee, but decaf so you can sleep

Unless you're not actually eating in excess in which case eat if you're hungry. Also, fruit and cereal helps to shut your belly up for longer and its healthier

Well done for the stopping smoking btw
I live on coffee. And no I'm not eating in excess nowadays due to restricted funds. I'm going though a slight diet change so my body probably isn't used to it.

Yeah...I hear ya on the water. What's a cheap source of protein? Nuts? Trying to spend a little less on chicken, beef and carbs and more on fruit and veg. Not really used to this

Caffiene can stimulate your appetite, though.
Cheap sources of protein are nuts and nut butters (though they're high in fat), eggs, fish (you can get frozen white fish or tins of tuna etc really cheaply), beans (you can get tins of beans/lentils for less than 50p), greek yoghurt aaand soy like Jim said. All good things.
