Just got back from Lincoln, not usually my type of film and only really went to watch Daniel Day Lewis, and I was not disappointed he has to get best actor Oscar, no question for me.

I thought this was pretty mediocre personally, struggled to make the end.

Django Unchained is straight up awesome.
Samuel L Jackson had me in stitches nearly every time he spoke.
upcoming gigs: Converge/Old Man Gloom. Soundwave Festival. Kyuss/Orange Goblin/Red Fang. Opeth. Break The Ice Fest.

I'm awaiting a fuck ton of uninteresting blandness cgi bullshit vis-à-vis Total Recall.

The physical effects in Robocop were fucking amazing.

It was just one of those movies that slipped through the cracks for me. There's a bunch of famous, awesome movies I haven't watched because I was busy spending my time watching terrible horror franchies or straight to video action movies.

If Robocop looks like that for the remake then I simply won't watch it. He looks ridiculous.
As for ED 209, I can see what they're going for, as it's certainly a "modernised" version of the old model. But it just looks like "Modern movie weaponised robot #3" - It wouldn't look out of place in Transformers or Battleship.. Whatever happened to originality?
