Hot fuzz - lmao at this film, absolutley hilarious.

children of men - great film if ya like v for vendetta and 1984 ya should check this out.

I wouldn't have said it was anything like V for Vendetta tbh!! Not seen the movie of 1984 yet, tbh, so can't comment on that, but I've read the book and I spose I can see where you're coming from for that!

well what i mean is that there both set in a totalarian future where 'goverments' are out of control, the film of 1984 is not a patch on the book but still a good version john hurt is amazing in it

Last film I saw in the cinema was Hannibal Rising, I thought it was brilliant. It did not let up at all, it just grabbed you and would not let go for 2 hours.

I really didn't enjoy this one, how do you rate it in comparison to the other Hannibal films?

Couple of DVDs watched recently

Severence - good, weird to watch though. Like its a comedy but the horror elements come across quite serious, and some painfully realistic (the leg bit - grim!!). Some funny moments, didn't find it exactly hilarious though. But yeah seemed alright

Bride of Chucky - was actually expecting this one to be the one that was a load of arsewipe, but I ended up laughing through most of it. A total 'trendy' flick (not scary, just something the goths'll love!) really daft, but in a laughable way, overuse of fake blood, and doll sex - cmon what more can you ask for

Then why have you not seen it? Just go! I saw it last Tuesday at a midnight showing, mightly good film.

Because I live in Aberystwyth so films take a while to get here, it's not being shown at the town cinema (which has 1 screen) until 16th March, thats why :P

It's like an hour and a bit by train direct to Birmingham by from Aber, so unforunatly that's not a good enough excuse. Just go, go see it now! ;)

It's actually just under 3 hours journey (2hrs 50mins roughly) and that's only when they are running on time which Arriva trains fail to do most of the time because they are pants!

Recently watched 11:14 and really enjoyed it.
It reminded me alot of 'Go'.

Also watched Snakes On A Plane......utterly terrible.

Stay Alive was ok-ish

& I seem to be one of the few people that actually
enjoyed 'Half Light' despite realising towards the end that it must be a remake
or a rip-off of an old movie, as I'd seen the same plot before in the very dim and distant past.
Maybe it was the just the scenery, horses and Hans Matheson appeal, lol
So 'Old Metal' I p*ss rust

I saw The Number 23 yesteray. It's a good film, keeps you in suspense all the way through to the end.

Reccommended.
