No, Ted is awful. It's a really funny premise, but it's something for a Family Guy episode, not a whole film - I got bored of the concept after the first 20 minutes. And the love story was so trite.

Also I want to see Seth McFarlene hosting the show in full. Because some of his jokes sounded fucking hilarious.

And the reactions to his "We Saw Your Boobs" song are even funnier.

You know that was all acted, right? He got permissions from the actresses and stuff before they did it? And it was prerecorded?
Seth McFarlene annoys me, I don't really find him that funny.

Joseph Gordon Levitt though. SING TO ME MORE.

Just seen Flight, another powerhouse performance from my fav actor Denzel Washington, a few niggles about the aircraft accident asside, my job kills my movie fun sometimes, but an awesome film 9/10

I'm now back in the same screen about to see Argo finally :-)

Argo, going to go down for me as an all time great film 10/10

Had me on the edge of my seat, not to mention some of the funniest 1 liners I have heard in years

I saw it last night too. I have to say, I don't think I can fault it.

Great film. Complete Hollywood fabrication of actual events but massively enjoyable nonetheless.

Well that's what Hollywood do, but I thought the attention to detail with news footage was fantastic, and the actors looked very close to the real people, I feel Affleck should have got a nomination for best director, but comments like I could teach a monkey to direct in less than a day obviously went against him

One thing they got wrong with the news footage was the Hollywood sign. It was shown to be in a state of total disrepair but the renovation work had actually been completed nearly two years previously to the events in the film (with help from Hugh Hefner and Alice Cooper among others).
However, that said, it didn't detract from my enjoyment of the film. Just a minor anachronism that happens all the time in films like this.

End of the day it was based on what happened rather than being a documentary, and I can live with tha.

At the end of the film they show side by side shots of the old footage and the film footage, the sign looks exactly like the old footage ?

Either way it's out next week I believe and I will be buying it

I completely wrote it off because he directed it, may have to give it a watch since it's won a few awards

To be fair, it's not as widely known that he's a director as his very aggravatingly public relationship with Jennifer Lopez, or the godawful films he's acted in.

I'll be watching Argo soon I reckon. Need to check that out as well as Seven Psychopaths and Zero Dark Thirty.

I reckon you'll love Seven Psychopaths. Seems your kind of film.

Zero Dark Thirty bored me. Struck me as a propaganda film through and through.
