Nobody should speak of Die Hard 4.0. Ever.

Die Hard 4 is excellent as long as you don't take it even slightly seriously, even for a moment. More of an Indiana Jones or a Bond film than a real Die Hard film but still fun nonetheless. Olyphant wasn't the most inspired casting decision though.

See I'd say:
1. Die Hard
2. Die Hard 2
3. Die Hard 4.0
4. Die Hard With a Vengeance

I thought 4.0 was a great re-boot of the series. Gave a good, swift, kick in the bum to audiences to remind them that Bruce Willis is actually fantastic.

I thought Die Hard 2 fell down in a similar way to Highlander 3, it was just a carbon copy of the first one but without the...charm, for want of a better word. I'd go with Darkweasals list!

I've not seen any of the Highlander films, mostly on the basis that Christopher Lambert is generally awful in everything.
I wouldn't say Die Hard 2 is a copy in any way though. It's certainly not better than Die Hard, but it's still damn good. Though the token black guy that works at the airport (I don't know his name) is a terrible actor.

"James Cameron recently stated that there are storylines set in place that could lead to future Avatar installments.[193] He said that he had more than one film planned from the start, and even kept scenes in Avatar that led to the sequel. "The CG [computer graphic] plants and trees and creatures and the musculo-skeletal rigging of the main characters – that all takes an enormous amount of time to create. It'd be a waste not to use it again."

Sam Worthington has signed on to reprise his role as Jake Sully in future sequels.[193] As for other cast members returning, actor Stephen Lang, who played Colonel Miles Quaritch, the main antagonist of Avatar, thinks he could make a return: "You think those two arrows in my chest are going to stop me from coming back?" Lang told Entertainment Weekly, "Nothing's over so long as they've got my DNA.""

Avatar 2 in the future apparently a likely possibility

Yes.

I'd be changing my name quicker than a quick thing if I were him then. (or maybe it's just me being an mega nerd that I'd feel the urge to take the piss if I ever met him :B )

I'm a huge fan of the original (I even watched Piranha 2 again last night) so I'm seriously looking forward to it. The remake they did about ten years ago was absolutely dreadful.

Was that the one with Mila Kunis? I've only seen one scene of it and haven't seen it repeated since. Guess that's a blessing? :P

That's the one. They PC'd it to the point where it was a joke. Suddenly, among other things, bitter alcoholic Grogan became a nice and chirpy chap and mad Dr Hoak became a sensible woman.
