Yeah, The Troll Hunter. I got round to watching it in the week ref the discussion a couple of pages back and really enjoyed it. I`m not a huge fan of this shakey cam docu-horror stuff ( aside from Rec which is amazing ) but this was really good.

No idea.
It came out in Germany this month apparently, so hopefully not too long now.

My brother has promised to bring over Aliens vs Ninjas for my perusal.

The title alone sells it for me.

If you like watching Power Rangers on a 2p budget you'll like it. Personally I thought it was terrible though.

Finally watched Burn after Reading last night.

Great film, very Cohen-y, and a fantastic cast.
I also love Brad Pitt in the kind of roles he plays in this one.

Google images, a picture really does say more than words.

Quite a bit of the book was left out in the Swedish film version (not seen the 3hr TV version), and the Blomquist character was less of a cunt in it, so the US version could be different.

The Bluray has a very well acted English dub though, this just makes me sad really :-(

Watched last night - Doghouse.

A bunch of blokes with varying degrees of relationship issues go away on a lads weekend. Unfortunately, the village they pick has had a bit of a mishap and all the women are now man-eating zombies.
If you don't hate Danny Dyer's character inside five minutes of his introduction then you are a horrible human being and Jeremy Kyle wants a word with you. Then there's the underlying, none-too-subtle message "Women are mental and want to fuck you up".
That aside, this is a decent blend of gore and very British humour and I quite liked it.
