Now, whilst Beyonce's Run the World is so shit I couldn't make it 30 seconds in, when my radio alarm clock went off it was playing Best Thing I Never Had and was so surprised at how good it was I wondered if I'd just dreamt it. Probably cos of the slight guitar solo at the end.

Re: A free-for-all thread
Just realised I'll have to be packed and ready for BOA by Friday; I'm off to the Dales until Wednesday then I'm at Eyehategod in Manc. This means festival shopping day has been brought forward a week, along with the excitement.

My dad always books our holiday over the BOA weekend, so every year, excluding last, I've had to be packed and ready at least a week before. It's always so tense.

To be honest, all I need is food I think. I'll pick up booze from Tesco in Lichfield and I'm fairly sure I've got everything else anyway.

Re: A free-for-all thread
I just need a tent, but they're on offer rpactically everywhere at the minute what with all the shitty weather so that shouldn't be aproblem. Could probably do with some blank tapes too I guess.

Re: A free-for-all thread
I only really need food and toiletries, and that's a Wednesday evening job.
I guess I should decide what clothes I'm taking but that's a weekend job (in case owt needs washing)
And then I just need to check if I can find the spare pillow and chair.
So basically everything bar tent and sleeping bag

Re: A free-for-all thread
We needed a tent and a few bits and bobs.
Still need a chair and the food.
Quite a nice cheap year, seeing as tents seem to be nicely reduced.
Guess we could do with actually buying tickets too...

Re: A free-for-all thread
Need to sort food, booze and sleeping bag, rest is all sorted I reckon. Maybe a hat of some sort in case it's sunny, but I don't think any hat would suit me.
Re: A free-for-all thread
Uncharacteristically organized this year, think I only have beer left to sort, the Jack,Vodka and Jager is bought.....

Not Jack Daniels. Never Jack Daniels.
I used to have a link to a social networking site here but these days you all probably already know who I am.

I know, but the Mrs is incharge of spirits,if it was up to me it'd be Makers Mark, but it's neither cheap nor readilly available in litre bottles in my local bargain booze

Re: A free-for-all thread
Bought a tent yesterday, it's one of those swish ones that pops open on its own and folds back with one pull of a string.
No more poking neighbours in the eyes with huge long poles. Hurrr.
