When does the bibliography for my dissertation become 'too' long? 25+ items for a 10,000 word piece isn't overkill, is it? They all serve their purpose, it's not just filler..

This is where I question whether my topic's too broad. :lol:

Mine was 12,000 words and I think my dissertation bibliography came to about forty including primary resources. There's just too much interesting stuff in the world.
