Good call on Shattered Skies, only heard the one song up to now (Attrition) but sound good  just hope they don't clash with Paradise Lost

Hmm, found a way to manage to have my waist bag and bullet belt on at the same time comfortably. But it does mean that whenever I need to piss I'll have to take the bullet belt off, instead of just hitching it up round my waist like I normally do. Combined with lots of booze and festival toilets, I don't think this is the best idea...

She-wee.
I've never tried one, but everyone I've met that's used one says they would never not bring one to festivals now.

^ I can't understand how it would work with tights or leggings. It seems designed for trousers with flys, like a super-extendo-penis for unfortunate women born without one. It seems like skirt/tight wearer would have to stand with their tights round their thighs. Which is just as weird as squatting down in full view of everyone.

FFA: Machine Head's first album is pretty good.

I like The Blackening and From Ashes. Everything else ranges from terrible to so-so, to me.
If I like it, It's probably awful.

Clutch, Kamelot and The Ocean for BOA 2014 pls!

Forgot Ashes, my bad. The Blackening has Halo, so just about scrapes through for me.

I like bits and bobs from the various albums, but there isn't one that jumps out at me as being a good complete album.
Steam = Starchild

Catch me at:
2022
Nightwish - London

2023
Gojira - London
Sabaton - London

Does anyone remember how long it takes for the shuttle bus to go from Lichfield to the site?

I think it's about 20 - 30 minutes or so.

Yeah, it says 25 mins on the website.

The only song I don't like on it is Slanderous. Because it's basically a song of Robb Flynn cursing like the hairy Neanderthal he is. But the riffs are pretty decent.

I'm probably not going to watch them though, for fear they'll play songs from Locust. And Locust is positively horrid.

It's not just the word horrid, it's also the 'positively' in combination with the 'horrid' :P
I just imagined you saying positively horrid. This amuses me greatly :D And it also sounds way less Jane Austeny when I realise how you'd actually be saying it.
