I only found out a couple of weeks ago that my brother has that as a T shirt.

Have you ever bought something on-line which wasn't quite as advertised and, when you request an exchange or refund, they tell you to send a photo of it? Is it necessary to do that? It never used to happen. Do they think the customer is imagining things or is it a tactic to make you not bother?

It's not happened to me personally.

But I know it happens. Such as when it's something that's not worth returning for a reason such as costs of paying for a return when it's cheaper to just send out a replacement.

Or it could be something that if damaged has no value. Say a ripped T Shirt, it's no use to them if you return it.
