Quinoa is your friend

And black pudding.

FUCK.

Time to get pally with a local butchers who can make this shit without rusk. Or make them myself without rusk (or with quinoa as a rusk substitute?).

Stornaway Black Pudding is as gluten free as you get.
Try Sainburys free from range for all sorts of goodies- Dove Farms do a full range of wheat substitutes if you want to make pizza or bread/pastries.
Of course you can still come and see me at Bloodstock for Wheat Free munchies ;)

I'd have thought the biggest problem would be getting Gluten Free beer..... although I know you can get it in bottles :?

Is that why Ireland is in so much debt?

"This can't be real money surely?"

And yes, they're all called Paddy in Ireland. I know these things.
