It worth writing an abstract for a 3500 word project? I party think that the marker'll have to read it anyway, so why bother putting any sort of summarising brief, on the other, saying that I'm 'writing an abstract' sounds kind of awesome.

I'd say an abstract should be used for pieces of 5,000+ words, at least for the kind of stuff I have to write.

I was in a fucking shit mood, wanted porn, the laptop crashed, restarted it, brought porn up, it crashed again, restarted it, different website, crashed again. I then raged and punched it.

I used to do that kind of thing when technology pissed me off. Then one day I broke the screen on our router and realised I was being a fucking idiot. Since then, quiet cursing and doing something else instead seems to work just fine.

EDIT: I realise this maaay make it sound like James is a wifebeater. This isn't the case.

That's the other reason I've calmed myself down, if I lash out at stuff when I'm angry then that can only lead to bad shit.

If by satnav however it meant you yourself, I could understand it.

I'm a brilliant navigator. He whacked the sat nav out of frustration and switched it off, I picked up the road map, quickly found where we were, and gave him new directions.

It's being written over and over again in an article I'm reading for my dissertation, and it's going on about how the Faeroe Islands have fewer 'private haplotypes'. Now, I reckon that's important. But wtf does it meeeean?
