Still undecided at the moment, but it'll be between the Greens, Labour and TUSC.

When I read this I thought that it would be hard for anyone to get a more resounding result than yours....until I did the test.

My heart will be voting Green, but if I think that there is the slightest chance of ousting my extreme right wing Tory MP, my head will tell me to vote Labour.

Your party matches are:
Green Party - 94%
Labour - 70%
Liberal Democrats - 51%
UKIP - 38%
Conservatives - 24%

Conservaties - 79%
UKIP - 68% (Worrying)
Lib Dems - 49%
Labour - 48%

it says the results in my Constituency, Warrington South, are currently the Tories and labour tied on 35%
Where's my old bloody account gone?!

Strategic voting is stupid. If you're going to waste your time voting, at least vote for who you want to win, or the whole process is fucking pointless.

Depends what you mean by "win" really. Ideally I would want a labour-green coalition as the greens would force labour to stand up to corporations and take care of people a bit better, but labour keeping some of the more silly green suggestions in check. Where I am in Germany at the moment you get 5 votes and can split them however you want, so in that situation I'd put one or two for green and the rest for labour, but I only get one, and Labour are almost guaranteed to win in my constituency (Nottingham East) so I would rather up the profile of the greens to help them win more seats in future elections.

Oh and I got a similar result to Metalbeast I think (but cut out UKIP and tories)

I disagree with a couple of the Green's things that would lead me not to vote for them so left them off of the list. Undecided as of yet, and I suppose this kinds shows why, not much between any of them.

My feelings are kinda similar... I want to vote Green, but I kinda feel like i would be wasting my vote in doing so. So I'll probably end up playing it safe and voting Labour, as always.

On the ATOS thing, they packed in because of all the death threats and have been replaced now by a different company. What I really think is wrong is the Government giving them an artificial limit to the number of people they can find unfit to work - simply illogical and it's not as if we are at war. A person's claim should be decided by a neutral GP who does not know the claimant.

Part of me thinks that I should vote tactically in the extremely small hope that there can be an upset; but then again, I might as well vote for who I want to even if I don't get in so that the overall number of votes for that party might scare the winner into altering their views a bit to appeal to those voters.

Either way if you live in a safe seat and you don't like that party your vote means pretty much nothing

In this consituency, the bookies have given the Labour incumbent odds-on at 1/20 to retain their seat.
All right, so I MADE a mistake! ONE MISTAKE!
Can't a man start over?! Do I have to keep on PAYING?! HUH?!
Maybe I should make another mistake! ...maybe TWO more!

Before they changed the boundary and slung us in a different constituency, our old MP had the safest seat in parliament and the worst attendance record, yet he was always on free jaunts in Europe. Eddie O'hara was the gobshites name. At least the new MP stands for things she believes in, even though I don't necessarily agree with some of her policies.

No, it's not. Strategic voting makes absolute sense. A system that rewards strategic voting is stupid. We had a once in a lifetime chance to change it with the AV referendum, but the yes campaign screwed up massively, and the no side just came up with a well funded campaign of outright lies that the public believed. So we're stuck with a broken system.

FWIW, my results on the 38degrees test are:

60% UKIP
54% Libdems
53% Labour
51% Conservative
38% Green

Now that is the most confusing set of results I've seen, considering you and I tend to agree on a large range of issues.
