Room 101 is a BBC comedy television series based on the radio series of the same name, in which celebrities are invited to discuss their pet hates and persuade the host to consign them to oblivion in Room 101, a name inspired by the torture room in the novel Nineteen Eighty-Four.

So name anything from our culture you would like to see disappear and briefly say why.

But probably the concept of pink being a girly colour. We've got pink umbrellas in work and I grabbed one to have a smoke, and about 5 people were like "Hahaha you're brave with that umbrella". IT'S A FUCKING COLOUR. WHO GIVES A SHIT.

I guess my first choice at the minute would be pretty obvious

But cause I know I'll hear it several times tonight, people who buy a DSLR and instantly claim to be a photographer. If you use your DSLR on auto to take photos of your dog or selfies and put them on instagram with some shit filter you are not a photographer. Don't get me wrong, I'm all up for people buying a DSLR and learning to use it, but owning a DSLR does not = a photographer.

Also, people who spend a whole gig taking photos and videos on their phones.

I'd like to put the programme Room 101 in Room 101. It was good with just the one guest now it's a total mishmash with three guests.

It is different now as a panel show, as before it was a single guest talkshow.

I don't think it's worse now than it was, I think Frank Skinner does a good job as much as Paul Merton did, though Merton took the piss out of the guests more I remember.

I just prefer the old format. You got into the minds of the celebrity a bit more, now it's just a show where people are saying that they don't like something trivial.

There were some absolute classics like the ones with Spike Milligan and Peter Cook. Available on Youtube I think.

Besides that it's absolute shite. That other show Frank Skinner did was shite as well, which is a shame because I actually really like his stand-up.

I don't care who killed Lucy Beale and how many people couldn't find the remote to turn it over when it is on IT'S NOT REALLY NEWS, the Greek/Eurozone thing among other stuff is news.
