Twisted Metal? You mean the game that's just been remade?

Who remembers Requiem: Avenging Angel, and Blood 2? Those were awesome games with amazing graphics for the era:
Who the hell reads anything in sigs these days, unless it's an animated gif?

This thread makes me glad that I have my Mega Drive set up in my living room currently. What a console.

Nostalgia ain't what it used to be.

I'm referring to the original man, the remake hasn't got the same....feel as the original and that's what I feel nostalgic about

Nostalgia, you say? I remember the days when Bloodstock used to book bands I liked

First computer was a Amstrad CPC 464. It had a green monitor, which turned Steve Davis Snooker into a bit of a guessing game. Also had Outrun, whose soundtrack came on a tape to play while it was on.
Also remember a mate getting a 386 PC with a whopping 40MB hard drive.

I'll just park the old zimmer frame.
First computer - ZX80.
First console - Atari VCS.
First game was one of those Pong things that you plugged in the aerial socket that was built from instructions out of an electronics magazine by my dad. Virtually just a metal box with two knobs and a reset button.
Also had a cheap copy of one of these, which didn't last long and broke.

Re: Nostalgia Thread
I had an Amiga of some description at my Gran's house, that was all sorts of fun to play. Unfortunately I can't recall the model as I was very young at the time. I had a Mega Drive too at one point, before going PS1, Xbox, PS2, Xbox 360, Xbox One.
Interestingly, I was watching a video the other day and it said the Mega Drive is still built and sold in Brazil. The video was from 2012 however so whether that is still the case I'm unsure.

I remember those games and I used to play on my uncles ZX80. I think we're both showing our age!
