We should aim to have the meet start 15 mins before a band ends, so people watching that band can then come & join us.

Of course, since we don't have firm stage times yet...

Sooo outside the Rocksoc? I don't mind the Arms, but Rocksoc will be less busy so it will make the group easier to spot. I'll probably be along, I want to watch most of the bands on Thursday, except Metaprism so it does kinda depend on timings.

I quite like the Rock Soc tent idea.

For now, I'll pencil in 7pm as a guide and then once(/if!) the set times are released, adjust it to begin 20/30 minutes before a band.
If it sounds good, listen to it

i did mean to come to the one last year, but was camping near a surprisingly large number of uber social people in Midgard and lost track of time completely. Good idea to organise around band start times though, Thursday is actually looking like the best day of the weekend music wise for me, lol, so i won't want to miss any of them.
