Johnson is our representative for the UK.

And today I learned about Liam Fox so that's fun knowing he's back in government.

Have you seen Angela Eagle's response to Johnson's appointment? It's in the Lol thread if you haven't. Her face is the epitome of "oh ffs"

I'm just waiting on the new Defra minister. It'll probably be some nobody but it directly affects my life.

Not entirely sure how any of this is going to go, but Jeremy Hunt keeping his job surely has to be the worst decision of the lot?

Not when you consider that the tories want to run the NHS into the ground. People on private health care don't give a shit if the NHS workers are striking/overworked/underpaid or not.

There's a theory that May the Merciless is giving prominent posts to the Brexiters, setting them up for failure to discredit them, so she then has the ammo to back out of the Brexit.

I've updated the thread title and changed the poll to one about Scottish independence.

Skullduggery! (Good name for a band.)

I don't normally go for conspiracy theories but May's appointments are a bit strange.

She had to do it. It's appeased most of the Brexiters whilst getting rid of the likes of Michael Gove.

On the Scotland thing. They've had the opportunity so Wee Jimmy Krankie and her ill mannered party can go fuck themselves.

Ill mannered because PMQs the other day was just about saying goodbye to the PM. Labour managed it and Corbyn even had a few little jokes, the SNP used it as a stage for political sniping and point scoring. Grow the fuck up as no one down here takes you seriously.

£10 that while that maybe the plan, May botches the job and makes the situation a whole lot worse. A delicate issue that as per usual will be treated with an iron fist to make a political point at the electorate's expense.

At this point, shouldn't England get a referendum vote on whether we want Scotland to stay? It's getting to the point that Scotland is like a partner in a relationship constantly umming and ahhing as to whether to break up a relationship, why the hell should England just sit and wait to whether she should come back?

Can't really blame them for uming and ahing when one of the reasons they voted to stay is being removed.

It's like saying "naw baby, redundancies have passed, my jobs fine" and then 6 months later going "jk i'm unemployed"

Pretty inevitable Scotland is going to leave at some point, I'm just pissed as yet again Scotland complains over a current settlement a lot of English people would bite their hand off for.

Yet the country going to shit has remained constant...

Should update the poll on whether people think it'll be deal/no deal or 2nd referendum
