My other half drew me a geographically accurate tube map (by hand) for my birthday a few years ago. Agreed about finding the differences. For example, the DLR branch to Bank actually goes to the south of Tower Gateway. Also interesting to see a direct connection from Croxley to Rickmansworth, given that you can't get a train between the two without going to Moor Park and back again.

What rules are we playing here as I'm sure the DLR is an invalid move? :P

Had a really heavy dream last night.
Basically it was one of those inception type dreams where you keep waking up into other dreams, but the jist of it was: a guy I used to know from my home town came and spoke to me and told me he'd just died, and it was like totally chill.
He was telling me that actually when you die, there's no heaven and hell, you just transcend and turn into everything you 'think you are' or 'everything you want to be' - something really bollocks and philosophical like that that seemed to make total sense at the time.
I woke up, and then I told my dad who just believed everything I said and was like 'aaah it all makes total sense' and we were talking about life and death and how we'd just made grand revelations about the world.

When I actually woke up I had no idea wtf was real or not so i had to go on facebook and look up this guy to see if he was dead or not so I could make sure I hadn't been visited by his mental spirit.

Housemate was in Sweetmart in Easton and bumped into Jeremy Corbyn. Shook his hand. No selfie though.

I had a false awakening early this morning.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/False_awakening

I went downstairs to find the front door open then into the living room and saw the telly had gone and the book cabinet ransacked. A box full of coins was still there though. Then I woke up! At least, I assume I am now awake.

We used to have a thread dedicated to dreams. If we haven't given up on the forum after its decimation we should bring back good threads like that.

In a nutshell, Coca Cola continued to operate in Germany during the war but could no longer import some of the ingredients they needed to make cola. Fanta is what they started making instead.

Amazing what you can do with some marbles, magnets, elastic bands and a bit of mdf.
