What's the chances of all these famous people getting it. Makes me think it's much more widespread than they think and a lot of people have it without symptoms.

That's absolutely the case. Some people have been tested and spent two weeks in self-isolation while asymptomatic. People without symptoms can still pass it on though.

It makes sense to only test people with severe symptoms who have been hospitalized considering the resources available. It also makes sense to test senior people in government who are supposed to be co-coordinating the battle against the virus.

The mortality rate between countries varies greatly, from as low as 0.2% in Iceland. I reckon it's not much more deadly than normal flu, just a lot more catching.

Rammstein have reported that whilst Till was in ICU for one night, he tested negative for Covid19 which is good to hear. Just shows how horrible the media is these days on trying to spin things in such negative ways...

That Coronavirus deaths weren't included in the second graph
