If it's covering your genitals it's fine for Bloodstock.
If it sounds good, listen to it

All entrants must have blood in their circulatory system.

Rob Zombie has a note from his mother excusing him of this requirement.

Probably feels like they are when they're wearing them

To give a proper answer: No. There's no dress code of any kind. Wear what you feel comfortable in. No one will care, no one will call you up on it, you won't be shunned.

There are things that are recommended like waterproofs and mudproof boots for rain, sunhat for sunshine, warm things for evening and nights.
If it sounds good, listen to it

Yes I'm in the middle front row with the bag of Malteasers.

Snuck them in past security did you? Jammy git. The £8 'gourmet' malteasers you could get in the arena were only half the size. :(

By the way I'm staring at the camera I looked like I got caught in that photo. Either that or it was because Will Smith was heading my way thinking I was taking the piss out his wife by eating Malteasers.

Worth pointing out that bullet belts are explicitly banned.

Indeed, but if I remember correctly, one of the traders was actually selling them the other year despite the ban

There will be people wearing New Rocks and big heavy boots so wearing flip flops or sliders in the arena is probably not a good idea...

I think the best code of dress is simply to wear clothes. I've seen too many penises at earlier shows. Thankfully I think Bloodstock has gotten stricter on the nudity. Although I think there's still women in thongs in the party tent.

To give you a point of reference, last time I was walking around with a ratty pair of shorts, some metal band t-shirt and a big tweed sunhat. I'd rather look like a donkey than end up with a sunburnt head.

I would recommend you pack decent sun-defending things, be it some sort of hat and definitely sunglasses, but also bring something that will work in the rain. A decent waterproof and boots that will put up a fight against the odd patches of mud should it rain hard. It's no fun tredging back to your tent in a torrential downpour in a soaked hoodie and ruined trainers knowing that you're only going to create all hell of condensation in your tent trying to dry them out. Which you won't.

Just dress for the outdoors, but throw in any metal garb you fancy. Or, if you're like my other half, feel free to don a nice sundress if you're a lady or just throw on whatever cheap shirt you can get up t'market that you don't care about getting ruined. Or if you're feeling really daring, fancy dress is always cool and will likely have people wanting pictures with you. Honestly, I have no idea how they hulk all that stuff around with them!

But no, there is no dress code. Nobody will point and laugh. Mainly as everyone will likely be confused.
