If I had made plans to see my boyfriend, I'd damn well be there. It almost sounds like she's not too bothered about seeing you. Whatever that means, in the context of your relationship - laziness or worse.

I think part of that is because it often isn't really "plans," just coming over, but yeah it's hard to shake that thought tbh, although she is the same with everyone in terms of lateness (mutual friends), think it's worth either sending a text or talking about it in person, just something along the lines of asking her to try a bit harder not to be so late?
