And I suffer the same problem as you. My blonde roots (the lower half of my hair (if you imagine an undercut, the 'cut' part would be the part that I dyed blonde)) are about 2 years overdue a re-bleach

Bleaching my hair has fucked it up royal, for some reason its around 10x bigger, but the ends are so brittle if i dont wash and dry it straight in the morning I cant go out, its just like a huge frizz mess, and due to it breaking off, my hair is actually getting shorter.
I need a haircut asap
