Weirdly I was just reading Ravenheart last night. Must remember to pick up Sword in the Storm at some point.
They're not my favourite Gemmell books; not because they're bad but because there's a big list of his books I prefer more.

Currently reading "The Wolves of Calla" (5th part of The Dark Tower series).

I've decided that before the first Dark Tower movie comes out in 2013, I'm going to read a number of Steven King's books connected to the Dark Tower series and then read the series again just before the film comes out.

I'm not going to read ALL the books connected to the series (as listed here), but I'll definitely read The Stand, Salem's Lot and some of the other ones with major connections.
All right, so I MADE a mistake! ONE MISTAKE!
Can't a man start over?! Do I have to keep on PAYING?! HUH?!
Maybe I should make another mistake! ...maybe TWO more!

I now have a copy of The Divine Comedy sitting on my shelf. Looking forwards to laying into this. When I have some spare time. Which is never

Currently revisiting one I last read about a decade ago.

Duane Unkefer - Gray Eagles.
1976 and a group of Luftwaffe vets get hold of some BF109Gs and decide to have some fun shooting up US airfields.

IIRC the climax is the Germans challenging the Confederate Air Force to a fight.

Finally finished PP&Z. Such an effort. Which is odd, because I've gone through two thirds of Nightwatch in one sitting.

Well raise my rent!

I've suddenly reached a point in the Wheel of Time where I really, really want to read on. I still think it's overblown and the huge length is too filled with fluff, but a lot of the characters have suddenly started to come into their own in my head after 10 books.

Starting Book 11 - Knife of Dreams tomorrow. We shall see if the trend continues.

I've decided as well that I want to be Cadsuane. However, I feel that would be utterly terrifying for a certain individual who's posted above me

I thought it was the weakest so far, but then I think that's more down to the fact my three favourite characters (Daenerys, Jon and Tyrion) are absent from this book, rather than the book being bad.

I've decided that I'm moving entirely on to e-books now. A nearby charity shop is going to get a load dumped on them...
