I do wanna play this, but i've got such a backlog of games im gonna have to wait until its on the cheap, unless our place of work has it for a decent price, i'll be seriously tempted if they have it for £35

i generally preorder stuff in game, then balance the cost against the extras and decide where i want to buy it. now game seem to be charging a £5 deposit for preordering (had to pay for KOA, UFC and SSX) they'd have to be about £10 less elsewhere to make it worth it, which is inconvenient because i like the extras you get with preorders :(
i loved the demo though, so im definitely buying it.

No Game near me anymore (closed bout 6 months ago), only Gamestation, and when they charge £8 more for some games compared to Sainsburys without taking discount into account, Sainsburys all day for me regardless off the pre-order bumpf

The pre order stuff makes it worth it though at times. Battlefield 3 pre-order had a bonus pack aswell as the first DLC 'Back to Karkland' thrown in. When you consider that the DLC on PS3 was £11.99 then saving 8 quid doesn't seem woth it when it's gonna cost you another £3.99 later on.

In hindsight I should have pre-ordered from Game and aramex'd it out to me but at the time Game's website was being shite and not accepting my payment and you can't pre order from anywhere in Saudi Arabia.

MGSHDC on Play has been taken down. Pretty much guaranteed as a scam now. I'll have to get my money back.
Bought it from ASDA today. Didn't realise it had Peace Walker with it, I thought it was 1, 2 and 3. Half disappointed, half excited as I never played PW.

Ahhh man, Spyro... I have the second one (I think), so I may have to break it out and just soak in the nostalgia.

I've never played this 'Spyro' but then Crash Bandicoot, and Sony platformers in general were never very good.

I remember it all smacking of desperation in trying to compete with Mario 64. Not many games can, I still break it out every Christmas for a playthrough.
