So MS apparently has no faith in their devkits/hardware choices: http://www.cinemablend.com/games/Xbox-O ... 56737.html
They also don't have faith in their latest OS either, but tbh, who does?

The thing with the new consoles is, I can understand why people are going to go with a PS4 over an Xbox One.
Hundred quid cheaper, no DRM, no Kinect and a more powerful machine?
Come Christmas time the hundred quid could be a deal breaker.

I'm really not looking forward to 26th December when I get stacks and stacks of Xbones returned by angry parents because they weren't aware of how pisspoor it is.

And how they can't share the disc between two xbones?

Re: Computer Games Thread
I heard console gaming causes neural degradation and AIDS.
If people actually buy one of the next gen consoles i'm going to assume that humanity has become irredeemably tainted by compliant stupidity and then start marketing "fully immersive gas chamber experiences".
If I pay good money for a product, you're damn right I fucking own it. I don't want the previous owner to demand I use it under their constant supervision to ensure i'm not trying to steal it. Nor do I want the next owner to have to jump through even more arbitrary hoops to gain access to his purchase.
The new consoles and any PC game that demands always-on DRM can fuck off and die.

Re: Computer Games Thread
When companies claim you dont own digital content, that is utter bullshit. Under US law you own any digital content you buy, so companies based in the US don't have a legal leg to stand on even if they put it in the terms and conditions and you agree to those terms, unless you agree with a physical signature. Don't know what its like for companies outside the US, but its something worth looking into. The only way they can keep ownership of content is to rent it instead of selling it, which is just as simple as changing some wording around.

The two most hilarious parts of this: It was using 7 and not 8, and an Nvidia GPU when the Xbone uses an AMD APU. XD

I bought the Ace Attorney Trilogy, i'm currently on the final case on the first game, it's really good for the most part. The third case was a bit dull but the 4th one was pure intrigue and joy.

Im currently in Boston just after the massacre... im going round getting all the treasure chests and keep getting loads of recipes and crafts and things. Do i ever get to use those to make stuff, and if so how? Also, do you ever get more weapons? All ive got is a tomahawk and a bow. No options to buy anything else.
If all this is stuff that will get explained in game if i just keep going, feel free to just tell me to keep at it if thats easier, lol.
