The debut trailer came out last year at the Game Trailer awards..I think. It wowed me then and the new trailer wowed me again. I think it's because when there was leaked footage of Star Wars : Battlefront 3 they shown a dude running around a planet, hopping on a ship and then going off in to space. I always wanted that from a game and this finally does it.

Plus, it looks like I could lose weeks to it, provided there's actual stuff to do in all these "infinite" planets other than looking at the cool animals.

But for a supposedly "indie" title, it's quite the accomplishment.

Had a quick go of Hardline before. Seems fucking mental. Looks like you acquire money for kills etc in rounds to buy weapons in rounds, as opposed to unlocking them depending on your level or whatevz. May just be the heist mode though.

Hardline does look pretty fun. Certainly more fun than BrokenField 4 looked

I am playing Revelations as we speak and I have had guards look at me, but then continue their routine and I hadn't ducked out of cover at all, but for all of the silliness, the environments are first class (thus far - I hear 3 is a bit ropey) and this game looks no different, if anything better. The executions are a thing of beauty though.

The environments in 3 are great. Especially the Frontier in Winter.

Spent a bit more time with Blag Flag now and am really enjoying it overall. I didn't dislike 3 as some seem to but it does seem as though it was more of a set up to this one.

Just watched the COD trailer. What a load of shit that looks like. I think ill be sticking to Black Ops 2 for a while longer. Might buy some camo for my gun just to make the game still feel fresh.

Everyone got their knackers in a twist over World At War being another WWII game. Bet there are now a few people wanting a return to this. Another futuristic FPS with guns that would do more damage if you fed it to them... and people wonder why I choose the Hardcore TD setting on Black Ops 2.

So that's:

[*] jumping like a spastic to be seen on campaign and mp.

[*]Futuristic guns that do not work but look impressive.

[*]Characters and storylines you don't give a fuck about.

No thanks, never been a fan of Halo

I got bored of COD a long' long time ago. The single player is incredibly easy (I find I can usually finish most of them on Veteran in one sitting) and the multiplayer was fun when I was younger but is now just tedious and full of tossers.

I haven't paid attention to them since the last Modern Warfare, and that was only because I wanted to finish the damn trilogy off so I picked it up for a fiver.

Yeah bang on. Black Ops 1 was the last decent challenge on veteran setting, and that's only that sequence when you're going through those thin alley ways. World At War is still (so far and I haven't played 1-3 or ghosts yet) the only COD I haven't completed on vet. MW3 I did in an afternoon, and Black Ops 2 even shorter time. Good for my gamerscore/internet penis I guess. COD's not about that anyway, its about the mp, which is also suffering. Rehashed old maps - and I love Summit and Nuketown, but fuck sake. People are spending lots of dlc, only for what they've played already.

I'm going to buy a Wii U. That Ninty show was too much.

I may also have to pick up a Playstation TV, mainly for Grim Fandango.

I hate collecting collectables. It's always fucking tedious. I want a game which has none.

Nintendo have great games. Tbh, if I was to buy a Wii u I would likely sell my ps4 to make space for it. Worst purchase ever!
