I know that feeling...
Fable 2, Fallout 3, Force unleashed, Gh: World tour....
All of which win over research projects

Finished the Force Unleashed last night....... Not a bad End Boss fighter, better than all the others in the game. what confused me is the story as it doesn't fit in with the other games and books released in that same Time line of SW lore.
Apart for piss poor story the game was o.k if very basic, don't believe the hype it's reminds me of The Revenge Of The Sith game, liner, limited and no replay value. 6/10

What hype? I haven't seen a single reputable source give it more than 7/10...

The demo for TFU was awesome, although sounds like it could become a repeat of Assassin's Creed, so I'll wait a while for it to drop in price. Fable 2 though.... think that will have to be a same day purchase

I'm currently experiencing urges to dig out the SNES/N64 and replay some memories.
Re: Computer Games Thread
I'm currently playing Rune Factory, which I imported from the US. I <3 the Harvest Moon series, and this is a pretty good spin-off. I've got Harvest Moon: Island to play too, but I'm focusing my efforts on RF for the time being.

Re: Computer Games Thread
Has anyone played Mount & Blade? I got the demo and it seems really good, it has it's bugs but it's more addictive than most games i've played recently, it's not too expensive either but I was wondering if anyone has given it a long run through?
For BOA 09
Re: Computer Games Thread
I need to get a decent game I can play on my Vista (epic fail) laptop. The laptops actaully got good specs, like dual core processor and 3gig of RAM (here I am trying to blag my way through computer specs), got a bog standard graphics card though. It's killing me not being able to play Morrowind or Total War here at uni. I could see about putting XP on here as well but that might void the warranty.
As for console games, I think I'll be heading home a few times this month at the weekend to play Fable 2
