And that is why you fail.
At the moment, playing Stalker: Clear Sky. I am currently a bullet magnet and die more often than Nikki Sixx in the 80s.
Finished Fallout 3, great last battle sequence only to be let down by the last minute of the game! Far Cry 2 is keeping me busy as well, great game.

Prince of Persia arrived today so will be breaking a few control pads tonight if the previous incarnations are anything to go by

Noooo! Don't be fooled by its apparent open world, its linear, boring, repetitive and tedious to the extreme, average at very best!

By all accounts its not, most people seem to be of the opinion that its fun enough but not at all challenging.
Still on my list of games to get at some point though, be interested to know what peoples opinions of it are.

I don't understand people who say they prefer playing FPS games on consoles over PC's. I know it's more fun playing games in the same room as people so thats a fair enough reason for me but using control pads will never be as responsive as a Mouse + Keyboard.
I suppose you dont really look up or down much in L4D so it might be alright on a console.
I've never given out a steam name type thing apart from adding ingame players I enjoy playing with but my name is "laxo" suprisingly
If thats all you need feel free to add me but I may delete you if your bad

Re: Computer Games Thread
Being forced to play Tiger Wood PGA 09 almost everyday.... I only mention this because I completely beat my mate at the game 'skins' today, on the 16th hole we were even, nobody able to do better than the other... He peppers the pin... I get a Double Eagle, then on then next hole a Hole In One and the game. He didn't even get a shot....
I doubt we will play that game again. Thank God! Hahaha!!

Today, I crossed a river on a rickety wooden bridge when a jeep opened fire from behind me. I stopped, got out, and fired a grenade from the M79 at said jeep, which exploded in a delicious fireball over the side of the bridge into the river.
The buddies are pretty deep if you get into their history enough, and The Jackal's actual role and moral standpoint in the game are very interesting, especially if you find all the tapes. And it's beautiful to look at. Fallout 3 was all those words you said, tbh.

Steamname is Houshian
and i played farcry 2,and yes its very pretty... but i just find it rather mundane that every time i get to any sort of cross roads i have 1 / 2 jeeps suddenly chasing after me all the god damned time and the fact you have to run around SO damned much, and fallout 3 i got bored with, very pretty and the mini nuke is fun as fuck but just so much running and i just get lost all the time!
