same here with the not played it much thing.
I'm planning to do a playthrough of both games with the same Shep, but I'm still pretending I've got better things to do.

Let us know how it pans out. Until it came out I had never heard of it. But it actually sounds pretty interesting.

Fallout 3....is shit. Why did they take such a great game, and make it into another FPS :(

I got Halo 3 ODST yesterday. Me and a friend started a co-op campaign. we were bit annoyed with it tbh, when it was dark it seemed too dark, and when it was light it seemed too light. And it seemed to take forever to really get going.
But im willing to give it some more time.

My main gripe with it is that an ODST is not supposed to be as powerful as Master Chief, and yet the only real difference between them is the lack of dual-wielding.

And that ODST's can actually walk at an acceptable speed while carrying mounted machine guns around.
Honestly, I'd rather be an ODST than a Spartan.

I don't mind overlooking inconsistencies in the canon differences in power between the two if it helps the gameplay though - and I did enjoy ODST's campaign more than that of any other Halo game that came before it.

Yeah, what's the deal with that? You can flip up Warthogs and carry heavy machineguns like they're sticks but you're too pathetic to carry 2 weapons?

I'll attempt to play the beta, but I fear my 360 won't want to.
For the last few days, I've been having this really weird issue where I can't play uninstalled games or install them. So I can only games already on my HDD (which, thankfully, includes a decent amount of games, but ODST's not one of them).
My first guess was that my disc drive had died, but the issue only seems to occur when my HDD's connected. So now I dunno if the problem is my 360, my HDD, just a combination of them, or both.

Long story short: Add "graiiknight" to your friends list and you máy have one more person to Reach with.
