Just finished Deus Ex.

The Mysterious Upbringing subplot ended far to prematurely imo, and a lot of parts just scream 'cut content' or 'rushed', but great game.

Now to load save and check out the other endings.

EDIT:nvm, they're all just shitty monologues. Also, lol at the post-credits twist when it was hella obvious who he was in the intro scene.

Was this the "Acquaintances Forgotten" quest? I didn't get it because I wasn't able to convince Sarif to send me the emails.

Right I need some help, I have a new Alienware Aurora R3 desktop and every 5 minutes or so the system fan will go mental and at over 4000rpm and this is when i'm not even gaming. Does anyone know I can set the fan at a fixed level? In the alienware command centre thing I can only set the harddrive and PCI fans at a fixed rate. Any help would be much appreciated!

Yeah it is, it ends in you talking to some senile old woman who gives you some babby photos of you and talks about your real parents etc, etc, and it's blatantly an illuminati thing. Then nobody mentions it again.

Ah, I suppose they couldn't really mention it again in case the player hadn't actually done the quest. It amused me throughout the game that I was often a step ahead of Jensen in terms of the story just from being thorough about reading emails and such, and the character was never able to digest the information.

It's soooooooooo slow though. If I'm meant to be a hardcore Sith/crybaby Jedi/whatever then I want to move around quickly and lightsabre people. Not skulk around whilst enemies fire at me.

My PC is older, has less RAM and it ran it fine even before I upgraded my graphics card.
It'll run it, no problem. Sort it out! Go buy yourself Jedi Knight 2 and Jedi Academy. Or wait til Steam are selling them for like 79p (ie Christmas).

I just finished Jew Sex: Human Revolution, and I was very disappointed with the final fight. Far, far, far too easy. Same goes for the level leading up to it -- half a dozen well placed PEPS and I had free reign of the entire facility. :/

Apparently I set off an alarm at some point in the game, and I must have missed an XP/Scholar book somewhere, because I didn't get either of those achievements. Aside from those, I got all the "visible" achievements except for not killing anyone (blew that at the construction site "mission" in China, saving wossname), and the "finish on hard mode" one.

Overall, it's a pretty good game; though it feels rushed toward the end.

I've just started Singapore, how far would you say I am from the end?

Singapore is the second-to-last location.

I also was rather disappointed with the endgame, especially in comparison to the first and second. I lost patience with doing proper stealth and just enabled the cloak and ran through the place.
