Thing is though, can I really deal with the lack of a decent online community and shitty pings to outside of the ME? It might be worth the grand or so I would have to spend to get the performance I want.

the difference in graphics is barely noticable  its obviously better on the PC but the PS3 version can hardly be called "shoddy" when the PC is only slightly better. the difference is that of a game that came out last year and a game that came out this year

Got the new Prince of Persia.

It's unsurprisingly not great.

Than half life 2 is still non canon because you still have the choice of killing him, so technically while there is one connection between hl1 and hl2 by not killing Eli. It doesn't work because there is no choice to play hl2 by keeping gordon freeman alive and killing Eli.
God dammit does it harder to explain than i thought.

Finally got my Xbox Live to work... and now I'm sooo tempted to think "balls to it" and buy Bastion.

bastion looks good, im always reluctant to buy arcade games though. except deathspank, everyone should buy deathspank. all of them. everyone.

also, got split second and NFS undercover today. both are good, im quite annoyed at the huge difference in the performance of my car and that of the cars im racing against in NFS though, it seems with some races the only way to win is to drive 100% perfect.

Caught some of the system specs for Skyrim yesterday, my PC might have a little bother playing it anything past mid spec unfortunately. Reason I'm wanting it for the PC is for the list of Mods that will undoubtedly be released

I've decided to see what the IT jinglies can put together at Dossery Towers in Khobar when it comes to a PC. I was gonna stick an order in for a computer from Scan yesterday but it might be easier just upgrading my current desktop rather than taking a tower over to Saudi with me.
