So the Steam Christmas Sale begins.

I have been told wonderful things.

Considering how awesome the other sales I've seen have been, I'm pretty hyped.

Personally, I'm much more hyped for Firefall.

Very similar, but MMOish and free.
Oh, and jetpacks.

Let me reiterate. 100+ man Borderlands with open PVP and cooperative, and an esports-friendly arena mode made by a team led by the Tribes 2 lead dev.

Indeed.
Portal 2 is now £4.99

Not bad for a game that was only released only eight months ago.

Too bad I'm currently skint. D:

Hopefully it'll be a recurring offer, and/or it'll be a similar price in the January sale (assuming there is one)

Welp, first day, and that's Orcs Must Die and Max Payne 1&2 picked up.

Cost me just over a fiver.

I fear for my bank account in the coming weeks.

Just Googled that and watched a gameplay video, and it looks shit amazing. The fact that my PC only has 1GB of RAM and has the processing power of a cabbage is irrelevent.

Not too fussed with today, except for Pyschonauts for like 2 quid.

It's one of those games I've always hard amazing things about, but never got around to playing.

Only one of the best games you will ever play.

Just got a free copy of Half Life 2 simply for joining the steam christmas group.

Valve has such an eye for marketing.

Speaking of sales. Anyone still to buy games for this year might be interested to know that Gamestation/Game 'January' sales actually start tomorrow.

Couldn't be arsed to check everything, but some decent prices on certain things. I can't say I'm looking forward to the 7am starts for the rest of this week though to get it all priced up. :x

An anti-hotlink image? The best way to beat those is to use a dedicated image hoster, like imgur, or imageshack.

Good luck! :P
