So it was completely unrelated and had a new name.... Dosen't sound much like a sequel.

Doesn't sound like you played System Shock 2.

No, I didn't. But if something is *completely* unrelated then how can it be a sequel? To me, a sequel is something that expands on the story of the original, which can't be done if it hasn't got anything in common...

Unreal 2 had pretty much nothing to do with Unreal, except the name.

I understand what your viewpoint though, it is only a 'spiritual sequel', after all as opposed to a direct one.

I know I do this far too much, but once again Yahtzee says it much better than I could; http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/ ... 4-BioShock

The water effects in the movie will have a hard time topping those in the game!

I believe there is another Mortal Kombat movie in the pipeline too :? ...and one I'm actually looking forward to, Max Payne!!! If they resist the temptation to overuse bullet time, it has potential to be good I think!

I recently purchased a nintendo DS and have become addicted to New Mario Bros, Starfox Command and the Brain Training :o

Also got scene it on the 360 :D The only game I've really got any achievements on (I don't tend to get a go very often)...and i got most of them in the first 4 or 5 goes :x

I've been catching up on games on the 360 recently with my obscenely lengthy summer holidays, completed Mass Effect, Bioshock, GRID, Oblivion, EDF, GTA4, Portal, and just about half way through Half Life 2 at the moment, gonna play the two Knights of The Old Republics aswell afterwards.

Funny thing is, before I bought a 360 at new year I never really played games, except for a casual 20 minutes once in a while, or the occasional stint on Championship Manager.

I got World Of Warcraft on a 10 day trial.

It is the most fucking boring thing I've ever played in my life.
