I've seen it slated for being repetitive but I'm only really finding that with the combat, which is so fast and fun that I don't mind. Plus the upgrades you can get for weapons bring new combos. Which is nice.

One gripe I do have with it though, is that the checkpoints/respawns are badly timed/placed. I fought and killed 3 big guys which was a pain in the dick, then a shitload of goons, died just after and found myself back fighting the big guys again. Bwaarghh.

May've just bought Medievil, Crash Bandicoot 1, Metal Gear Solid and Rayman 2 off of the PSN store.

Time for some good old fashioned "Oh man these graphics are terrible" nostalgia.

I shall keep an eye on this, but if they make it just another hack & slash, end game raid game I think I shall ignore it. The 40k world deserves so much more than a game I'd be bored of inside a month.

I hear it's gonna be a little like Planetside 2...

They better not mess this up.

So I completed Journey.

Erm. It's kinda beautiful.

You're just wordlessly traversing this massive landscape and being told the story simply through pictures.

Occasionally you meet strangers that happen to be playing at the same time and lead each other around, chirp at each other, and for some reason gain some emotional attachment. It's you and your new buddy going for an adventure. You're both completely anonymous, just experiencing it together.

The whole game evokes this childlike wonder to everything.

It's... it's fantastic.

9/10.

Fuse is pretty good, definitely think it will be easier with more players but for the most part the AI has been quite good. For example, there's an enemy type that's in a mech suit type thing with a weak spot on his back, and it uses a flamethrower. So I switch to the shield guy and keep his attention while blocking his flames with my shield and the AI has enough sense to shoot his weak spot. Some games the AI wouldn't do shit so at least I know I can play this solo.

There are a handful of games that make me want to buy a ps3 alone, and that's one of them.

I will say it's quite short, as I completed it once I got home from work.
The game play mechanics are probably pretty simple too, as I had no trouble with them and I rarely play 3rd person/hack 'n slash games. Plus it was pretty easy (going to give it another play through on a harder difficulty soon).
But I still really, really liked it. But then I'm a massive Deadpool fanboy..

Definitely gonna buy it, but I think I'll wait for a while for the trade ins to happen cos it's shortness.

Don't wanna pay 40 quid for it.

I had some money on a gift card so only paid about £30 for it. I don't feel ripped off, but I'd totally understand people not wanting to fork out big bucks for it.

New zombies map on blops 2 is pretty cool, probably the best one yet. MP maps are alright, I've only played on three of them so far though.

Got magic 2014 a few days ago and I'm getting pretty good. I think ending a game with my opponents health at -126 is somewhat good considering health starts at 20. That was an awesome game, I had the best cards you could ever hope to draw, had 15 creatures on the field powered up a crazy amount so my weakest was 13/13  I got shouted at pretty bad because I went from the weakest in the game to ending the game in 5 turns.
