World of Tanks on xbone went live yesterday. My mate thought he could just go play it tonight without patches. Yeah...right.

So I am playing alone and doing really well actually.

>Sit down to crack on with The Witcher's main story since friend has had it for less time and managed to beat it already.
>Play endless amounts of Gwent instead.

This game will be the end of me.

I love video games. Recently i downloaded Ryu from Street Fighter for the Super Smash Bros game. Is this an exclusive only for Japanese 3DS or available in the west too? :D

Started Shadow of Mordor. It looks really good, but it's confusing as fuck. Should be fun once I get into the swing of things.

Played the intro bit of Destiny. Seems pretty slick, and it looks bloody gorgeous.

Sundays are movie days with my mate on teamspeak so I only played a bit, but I'll probably hammer it some more tonight.

I could tell you why the game is bad, but that'd involve me spending some time writing. Something Destiny lacks.

Well I'm going into it expecting mindless MMO grinding and no story, so will I still be disappointed?

That's pretty much exactly it for that game. Add in overpriced DLC and you're golden.

Yeah sorted.

I was surprised by everyones reaction of like "Omg can't believe i have grind so much" and "No story what the fuck".

It's an MMO. That's the dealio.

The thing about destiny is that in terms of its gameplay its a lot better than most of the grindy RPGs I've played, but I only really go on for the weekly nightfall strike now. They're changing a lot with the taken king but I still don't fancy £40 for an expansion.

Got rare replay on Xbox one, played a bit of banjo kazooie nuts and bolts, kameo and comers bad fur day. The first 2 are still fun, conker is still shit.

Watching Gamescom at the moment. "Everyone has been waiting for the new Halo Wars game."

Everyone except for me. Plenty of games coming out that I really want to play and none of have "Halo" written in the title. New Crackdown could be fun in co-op. Fable looks shit. Killer Instinct looks shit. Saw the Rainbow Six trailer, that looked pretty solid and I am now watching Homefront which again looks half decent.

Edit: Seperate note, I might have upset someone over xbox live tonight. I am lolling so hard.

I had heard the prices of psnow were going to be fixed after the beta, and I can't quite remember what the beta prices were but after looking today I can't see how they've fixed them... £5 to rent most of the games for 2 days, £8 for 30 days, when most of these games are available to buy for under £5... No subscription model yet but if its more than £15 a month and restricts you to a couple of rentals it can get fucked. I'll stick with buying the games for pennies for 360 and playing them on my Xbox one
