Nah, you just set your PS2s clock a week in the future and the old cunt dies :P.

Also there was a twist at the end of MGS3?

MGS3 was a joy, I loved it. The End fight was great fun. I love sniper battles.

Beginning of the river, or of the entire game?

Was that the one with all the people you'd killed? If so, then yes...because I didn't figure out to use the suicide recovery pill the first time :(

You had to go to the end of the river to get the camo though. Twas a pretty good one too I believe.

it made your footsteps quiet which when you are running around with a heave machine gun is a bit redundant

Not if you're doing the whole stealth part of the game it isn't :P.

MGS are decent stealth games up untill the point where you get a gun, then it sort of makes it redundant.

Isn't the whole point of the games to mostly use stealth whenever possible?

I like sneaking around! :D

A lot of stealth games rely on people 'playing by the rules' as it were. If you go look up some speedruns of Splinter Cell and, to a lesser extent, Hitman (because it's not really a stealth game anyway but sorta is) you'll see how broken they are if you just leg it around the place.

The best stealth game was Thief.

Also, if stealth games really want the player to use stealth all the time, they'll give the player ridiculously low health.
