Nobody in their mid 30's goes to watch Avenged Sevenfold

That's categorically wrong. I was the youngest in our group (30), and we were certainly not the oldest attending. There was a real mix of people, certainly going into 40+, though I didn't want to include that age band as there were only pockets of people in that age range (whereas there were plenty of people that looked to be solidly in their 30s at the show).

Wow.

That's a lot of adults that need to stop watching what is in effect a Rock boyband. The only people I've seen wearing Avenged Sevenfold merchandise have been teenage girls.

Bossk have an announcement at 2pm tomorrow.

That's late for a Bloodstock announcement.

They're usually 11am unless it's tied into something like a radio show.

Definitely an announcement this week Vicky confirmed in the Bloodstock Facebook forum Could be tomorrow with Bossk, I could see them playing the main stage early after playing the Sophie stage previously.

I'm fairly sure Arctangent have another announcement this week, which is far more likely for them, although I don't think that's until Friday.

They're the type of Damnation band that they seem to think everyone wants who end up playing to a half empty Sophie tent.

Haha your totally right, they did seem very much like a boy band, (I was there to see Disturbed) the hysterical screaming teenage girls next to us constantly screaming at painful levels and going on about how 'hot' they were pissed me off. Surprising though there were a few older people there too, including a guy in a Iron Maiden t shirt and there were alot of 'scene kids'. I hope they're too big.

Looking like we've escaped ST, seems they're playing the Derbyshire Mud Snorkeling Championships aka Download.

That surprises me, I remember in an interview with metal hammer Muir said he dislikes getting put on the 4th stage at DL (specifically named them as well) and only playing short sets I would of thought BOA would of been better suited

Yeah that's what I thought, I thought he wanted to try and reach a new audience too

Did someone say ArcTanGent have one this week? Less of a big deal, but I could see them agreeing not to tread on each others toes too.
