A special shout out is fair to Vorbid, who rocked an average of 9.17 from the 3 people who saw them. After since listening to them on Spotify I really wish I had too!

Yes Vorbid were excellent.

I had heard them before hand, but was planning on walking over to see Arthemis after Mist, but just thought sod it and stayed in the tent. Glad I did.

I was one who voted for Vorbid. My find of the festival, got their EP on its way from Norway, cannot wait for their new album which will hopefully be released around Christmas and will be seeing them live again

I looked to see what time they were on when putting this together, turns out I was milling around waiting for Arch Enemy (who I don't even particularly like!) whilst they were playing. Gutted!

I don't always agree with the musical opinions on this forum, but the bottom five in this list are all among my least favourite sets from the festival. Kreator as the best band that played this year? Not quite for me, but they're certainly in the top handful.
