Apparently it's Wretched Toad rather than Road. Although Wretched Road does seem like a cross between Wretched Soul and Old Corpse Road.

I knew they'd put Countless Skies - the best M2tM winner - on the Friday when I've got so much to watch. We Are the Catalyst are pretty good too. I could also guess the Hobgoblin winner would be total waste. Morass of Molasses on the Jager sound pretty cool too, and Hanowar sound interesting but I can't find any of their stuff.

This is definitely your quintessential New Blood announcement, full of Stoner/Groove/Death.

Countless Skies sound cool but as Skippy previously stated Friday is choc-a-block with cracking bands.

Thanks very much. They are now pretty much the most exciting band on the Saturday for me.

Lots of bands announced that are interesting and somewhat good but at the same time aren't that special. Might catch a few of them if there is nothing else on.

Bands I liked: Blackened Ritual, We Are The Catalyst, Pig Iron, Martyr De Mona,

Bands that are alright: Wretched Toad, Soulborn, Countless Skies, Tombstone Crew, Victorian Whore Dogs, Hanowar, Morass of Molasses, City of Thieves

Bands I didn't like: Skarthia, The Hell Puppets

Skarthia are well worth watching. Bear in mind just how much I dislike death metal. The fact that I'm prepared to give them acclaim shows just how good a live experience I believe them to be.

Just something about them doesn't click with me, given I don't like Agalloch I may end up watching them if they open the new blood stage, be interesting to find out if they're any good live anyway

Well if i'm not too hungover i'll give them a watch then Tet, just beware, if I dislike them then you must listen to King 810 on repeat for a whole day as punishment

Well they have obviously left the last mainstage announcement til the very last moment-seems a bit strange.Anyway-my guess will be Primitai (which i would be happy with).
