Re: Sunday Special Guest
Didn't think his voice could handle Prinicples material anymore lol. That's good news though.

People would actually be happy with Cradle Of Filth sub headlining?

I'll comment on that after the gig.

“He likes having the ball, playing football, passes. It’s like an orchestra. But it’s a silent song. But I like heavy metal more. I always want it loud.” - Jürgen Klopp
Re: Sunday Special Guest
I'm a huge fan of Cradle up to Midian and, tbh, apart from Thornography I don't think they've ever made a bad album. Just that their later stuff isn't very memorable. I saw them at Hellfest the same year they got bottled off at Bloodstock and they were brilliant, played to a huge, receptive crowd. I have no idea why us Brits get so arsey about the band.

Ministry can be ruled out. Al Jourgensen has said the band will be touring Europe in 2016, next year is mainly US dates.

Got a hunch its going to be Meshuggah, not sure how that will go down with you guys but it would be pretty good for me, unless Download have booked them for the Pepsi Max stage headliners

We dodged a shitty bullet there - phew.

I can't stand Meshuggah personally. Are they big enough to special guest? They're a band completely off my radar if I'm honest.

Re: Sunday Special Guest
Were they not much earlier in the day when they played in 2010? I can't remember.
Re: Sunday Special Guest
Fairly sure they were special guests to Opeth in 2010. Also not a fan, keep hearing they are the kind of thing I should like, but I just find them boring.
