This may change? Surely not, the weather god's are always so accurate - especially 6 weeks in advance!

That would be pretty good weather but I fear that forecast could change a bit before BOA!

If it can just be as nice as recently, but not so hot as that ridiculous 35+ degrees the other day, I'll be happy.

(I know I'm asking way too much from the British weather gods)

As long as it doesn't rain all weekend and my tent ends up floating away I will be happy.

You're from Scotland, surely you'd be used to it if it lashes it down?

Aye but this is my holidays and I've been informed the sun always shines in Englandshire!

Never been to Manchester then?

As long as it doesn't go above 20 degrees then I'll be happy. If it rains then I'll be even happier. :D

Can't be any worse than the Ozzfest 2002 when we had a mix of blinding sunshine, pissing rain and high force winds all in the same hour and continued all day.

I managed to get both sunburned and get a cold as the water was running out me . I still thank the powers of Jack Daniels for getting me through the day! :ugh:

As long as we don't have another hurricane to contend with, I don't think the tent will survive a second one
I'd quite like it not to be too warm, and a little rain shower in the early hours to keep the dust down is acceptable. Sunday night and Monday morning have to be fine though with not too much dew, just so our tents can all be packed away dry ☺️

I'll happily accept an average of 20-25 degrees, sun from about midday on every day, cloud from about two in the morning, with a bit of rain to drag the heat down and not boil us out of our tents early, and a nice dry Sunday, jus to make sure everything gets packed away dry.

Though this is England, and we're all probably cursing the weather.

I think a Scot deserves to get sunburn, after I went to wickerman and came back looking like a lobster. This balance needs addressing

As long as my baldy head doesn't get burnt to a crisp I will happily go for some serious sunshine. My tasteless bush hat will be with me for the weekend - just in case!
