Yeah, I can't see this happening but *some* open-air UK rock/metal/alt festival deserves them, for sure!

Not listened to them since they played Monsters of Rock in the 90s and they were piss poor, would have to reassess them, but going on last time, fuck no.

I taped the MoR gig off the radio - taking that account they, like Europe at BOA, seemed unsure of their place on the bill and tried to be heavier, with Gary Cherone screaming his lungs out. I like the band and enjoyed their recent live DVD, but think BOA has moved away from the point where they could have sat on the bill (and judging by their ticket prices at their standard gigs, they'd probably cost more than their value to a metal festival)

By the way, that's a firm no. Terrible band. Talented musicians, but just don't do it for me.

That pretty much sums up my feelings on the matter. With the exception of "Play with me", I generally find their songs lacking, despite the obvious talent of the musicians involved.
