Would love Accept. Im also one of the people who wasn't there when Exodus played and also haven't seen them live so would be very happy with them.

I doubt it'll be 12 bands, unless it's low down Sophie bands I can't see them throwing out a large chunk of the line up so early

Not keen on the listing 2013 bands idea, it's already full of repeats! 9/11 so far are repeats, 8 of which in the last few years.

The lineup was looking genuinely good even if a little repeat filled, but adding another repeat as a headliner, and a lazy booking at that, seems a bit of a shame.

I can imagine Priest being too expensive, but if they're gonna repeat a Sunday headliner anyway, could have had TS on the Sunday, and co-headliners on the friday, Maybe Behemoth and Kreator with their new album, or something else/new entirely, as two 75 min slots frees them up to book from a wider pool of bands.

Perhaps Twisted Sister weren't available on the Sunday... ;-)

Yeah, it wouldn't surprise me if TS were wanted for the Sunday, but could only do Friday.

Do we think we'll actually get any more confirmed before early birds go off sale?

Looks like LiL are playing one show in Europe next year, and that's in Italy in April

FWIW, I've been told that Friday was the only day they could do, which is why that's when they're playing.

Hmm, that kinda makes sense. I really liked the old Co headliner thing though, having two 75 min sets really worked well, hope they consider it again in the future.

Where've you seen that?

Fear Factory could well be in there, as some guy on the Download forums says he met Dino after a show and asked if they were playing and they said yes. Coincides with their tour ending too

Blech, one of the worst bands I've ever seen.

That comment can be read very diffferently than what was meant.

I'd agree. Thankfully, considering they co-headlined last time they played, surely there aren't enough slots high enough for them left?

I hope with this announcement we get some of the lower down bands who haven't played before, or at least not recently. Still vaguely holding out hope they might pull someone a bit special out before Christmas.

Could easily see them being fourth down. Bloodstock has grown a lot in 6 years and I'd say their draw is much less now after the initial reformation interest

I'd be delighted with Acid Reign, disappointed with Fear Factory. Considering FF have just finished a UK tour I'm guessing they're likely though. I hope Gamma Ray were approached whilst they were over here...but I doubt it
