Short for parmesan (though parmesan cheese is not involved, go figure). Typically chicken (though can be pork) covered in breadcrumbs, deep-fried, then smeared with béchamel sauce, covered liberally (you shouldn't be able to see through this layer) with chedder cheese, grilled then served with chips, salad (for the bin) and garlic sauce. They're the fucking sex.

Something like this though this one's not go the salad, bonus!

The most tasty instantly clogged arteries you can get. Parmos at Bloodstock would be great since you can't get a really good one in Nottingham. :D
