Merch pre-order collection

So we've pre-ordered some merch for collection on-site, what do i need by way of proof of purchase/i.d?

Non official, I'm just replying to try to help.

You should just need your receipt (email/print off) and a Photo ID (Passport or Driving License). If it doesn't state anything else in the terms & conditions, which I can't see it does, you should be okay with those.

Check your email receipt, it should tell you if you need anything else.

I just pre-ordered something and it didn't mention anything in the email, so I was also wondering. But a print out of my receipt plus ID should be enough, I would imagine.

Tenner says I forget to print the receipt! Got the baseball shirt ordered anyway, finally a tshirt that isn't black in my wardrobe.

I forgot the reciept once. I had photo ID and a very appologetic manner. They sorted me out, even though it was a complete pain for them and it took aaaaages.
