Blaze Bayley

Postby MetalBeast » Mon Aug 31, 2015 3:20 pm

Blaze played BOA in 2013 with Wolfsbane, but still hasn't done a solo set at the outdoor festival yet. I reckon he'd be a good choice.
All right, so I MADE a mistake! ONE MISTAKE!
Can't a man start over?! Do I have to keep on PAYING?! HUH?!
Maybe I should make another mistake! ...maybe TWO more!

Yes. Should be affordable and always gives 100%.

Vastly under-valued performer who ALWAYS gives 100%-as Tet rightly said.
The great man said he had no interest in doing Bloodstock when i spoke to him a while back "Been there, done that etc" but to be fair he wasn't in a great mood that day compared to other times i've met him!

Only ever seen him once, and that was when Wolfsbane played to a near empty tent while Anthrax were on, but as said, he gave 100% and would be a great addition.

Long, long overdue a solo set at BOA. Again, put some song links in the first post though. Like Mr Zombi, you should know better by now :P

That would be amazing - but I doubt the would want to 'waste him' on a Thursday slot.

Recently revisited his solo stuff. Well worth a listen, and, as others have said, really puts his back into it on stage. Would love to see him.

Saw him fairly recently at the Voodoo Lounge in Stamford. He was brilliant. Put on an amazing show. Would love to see Blaze at Bloodstock next year!

Saw Blaze on Friday night at Grimsby Yardbirds and yet again, another fine show from him and the band. His new album is very, very good and the songs play very well live. Currently got tour dates listed right up to August and beyond, surely a shoe-in for a slot this year? Would love to see Blaze get the recognition he fully deserves.
