Exhorder UK Tour

Postby Ghost » Fri Jul 12, 2019 3:40 pm

7/10/19 - Camden Underworld, London
8/10/19 - Rebellion, Manchester
9/10/19 - Slay, Glasgow
10/10/19 - Voodoo Lounge, Dublin

I'm not a major fan but they sounded pretty good at Bloodstock. Might go but it's a busy time already.

Will probably do the London gig if the support is good, enjoyed them at BOA as well and not too busy myself haha.

Thing is, I was expecting this tour last year what with their European festival appearances raising their profile a bit; seem to have lost quite a bit of momentum since.

Yeah the support will be the selling point for me. It's only 4 days after deafheaven.

I can't imagine it'll be very busy on a Monday night. I mean before bloodstock I'd never even heard of them and I'd consider myself to be fairly clued up old school thrash. They have a new album out in September so that'll be why this tour has appeared

Yeah nuclear blast put a new song on you tube yesterday. I actually prefer it to their old stuff except for the childish lyrics. I guess I prefer it because it sounds more like exodus than exhorder  . I struggle to listen to their two old albums, the production is so bad and the drums sound strange to me. The vocals sound better live too.

Having giving it a listen, if the album is as good as the song I'll probably go (unless the support are woeful); it's pretty sweet (though like you said the lyrics are a bit naff  )
