What is the roundhouse like as a venue , apart from been round , any seating areas ? As standing for 3 or 4 hours is a no no .

Yes, there is a balcony seating area around the back of the venue. It's a decent venue for medium-sized gigs. The queue at the door is painfully slow though, as are the queues for the male toilets.
