Stolen ticket

Postby Jig Pits and Mead » Wed Aug 07, 2019 3:41 pm

I had my flat broken into in June and a number of things taken. At the time I did not realise this but the envelope with the Bloodstock ticket has gone as it was in a draw where multiple items were removed from.

I have the confirmation email with the ticket number on - would there be a way to get the ticket re-issued or cancelled with a new ticket issued? Unfortunately I am not in a fiancial situation where I can purchase a new ticket.

Sorry matey but you're knackered, from the Ticket T&Cs:
"21.Duplicate tickets will not be issued under any circumstances."

https://www.bloodstock.uk.com/pages/weekend-camping-ticket-terms-and-conditions

Tickets aren't scanned or anything so there's no way they can be cancelled, therefore they won't issue a replacement.
Hell ain't a bad place to be(er)

Try to contact see tickets and maybe the organisers. If you have proof of purchase and a police report of break in.. they may be able to offer an alternate way to enter the festival. Can't make any promises though unfortunately. Good luck.
